Carrera and Carrera S use naturally aspirated 3.4 and 3.8 engines. That alone drives a lot of demand toward 991.1 cars over the turbocharged 991.2.
The 991.1 GT3 uses the 3.8 and is PDK only. The GT3 RS follows with the 4.0 and the widest body of the generation.
